Education Coach
I am passionate about empowering others to recognize their unique strengths, build resilience, and pursue their goals with confidence!

For the last 20 years, I have had the privilege of working with students of all ages in a variety of settings and it continues to be deeply meaningful work that inspires me and reinforces my belief in the immense potential within every person.

Prior to joining the Northwest College Support team, I enjoyed facilitating groups for young adults at the Panhandle Autism Society, coaching college students through the TRIO program, developing individualized plans as a Behavior Intervention Specialist, connecting students with resources as a Community School Coordinator, and leading art therapy groups at the Huntsman Mental Health Institute.
My work is grounded in a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Art Therapy Counseling, which shape my relationship-centered approach to working with students to support their academic success, emotional well-being, and personal growth.
Bringing students together through creative experiences, especially art, builds connection and self-expression and I run a weekly art group for the program.

Favorite things: hunting for morels and huckleberries with my sweet husband and our three kids, traveling, dancing, collecting art supplies, otters, the Oregon Coast, mint Oreos, and waterfalls.
