Lindsay Nelson

Lindsay is an Idaho native, with a heart for helping people and has worked in the mental health field for 16 years. Before starting her internship with Northwest College Support, Lindsay was a high school counselor, providing teens with academic and social emotional support.  Her strength is recognizing a student's need and finding or providing a resource to support them along their journey.  In addition to her school counseling experience, Lindsay worked as a social services manager and psychosocial rehabilitationist in north Idaho.  Lindsay has her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Idaho and is about to complete her M.A. in Professional Counseling from Concordia University. 

Lindsay also has a passion for the outdoors! In her free time, you can find her on the water or on the trails!
