Juanita Bair, LCSW

Clinical Director

Juanita Bair, LCSW has a long-standing passion for working with students and families. She has had several experiences in the field for over a decade, including working with adults in psychiatric treatment, youth transitioning out of foster care, and teens at a therapeutic boarding school. Juanita received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Boise State University and has her Clinical licensure. She is also a registered clinical supervisor. Juanita has been working with therapeutic programs since 2006. Juanita is passionate about teaching others wellness skills through the Community Resiliency Model (CRM) from the Trauma Resource Institute. Juanita enjoys doing community education to share and collaborate with the local community organizations and schools to develop resiliency and become trauma informed. She is also a certified Arbinger facilitator and enjoys helping people shift to an outward mindset to interact with the world around them with a heart of peace.


Her favorite books are The Audacity to Be You by Brad Reedy, Ph.D.

and The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls. 


Juanita is an avid outdoors-woman as she often enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and hiking. She spent three years as a white-water river guide on the Salmon River in her youth. She spends most of her down time doing CrossFit to keep up with her family. Juanita most enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and children while camping and playing in Idaho’s rivers and lakes.
